Representative Heidi Sampson has been called back to a legislative session for “Veto Day” this Wednesday, June 30. All legislators must be present to vote on bills that Governor Mills chooses to veto. She has kindly offered to reschedule.
In the meantime, we will have the opportunity to focus our meeting on the issues of voter registration, verification, and turnout. To facilitate our discussion on these topics, we will be joined by Nick Murray representing Maine Civic Action. Here is a reminder of our agenda.
